Job Title: Sales Associate (Day Shift)

Location: Voxn Clothing – 778 W Broad St., Boise, ID 
Hours: Part-Time | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Store Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team during the daytime shift. This role is vital to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service
• Greet customers, provide styling advice, and drive in-store sales
• Ensure an exceptional and personalized customer experience
• Register Operations
• Accurately handle all point-of-sale transactions
• Balance register at opening and closing
• Store Maintenance
• Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area clean and organized
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Visual Merchandising
• Assist with creating and maintaining attractive product displays
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and organized
• Inventory Management
• Receive, unpack, and organize inventory
• Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking as needed
• Marketing Support
• Participate in social media content creation (if applicable)
• Assist with in-store promotions and brand events

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and a good eye for styling
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule

• Must be available to work 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including some weekends or holidays if needed.
